Conduct bench-level, functional, and environmental testing on sensors and controllers using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and standard lab equipment.
Work closely with engineering teams to identify and resolve design issues, troubleshoot hardware, and prepare setups for field testing.
Maintain meticulous records of assembly processes, test results, calibration data, and nonconformance reports.
Uphold rigorous Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols while ensuring excellent lab organization and tool control.
