Position Summary The Fueling / POS Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of fueling equipment and point-of-sale (POS) systems across company locations. This position supports the day-to-day operation of fueling dispensers, payment systems, and store technology to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operations throughout all locations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Diagnose and repair fueling equipment including dispensers, card readers, printers, and payment systems. Troubleshoot POS systems including registers, scanners, receipt printers, and payment terminals. Diagnose communication issues between POS systems and fueling dispensers. Perform preventative maintenance on fueling equipment and POS hardware. Assist with fueling equipment installations, upgrades, and replacements. Maintain inventory control for service parts and equipment. Assist in monitoring work performed by outside contractors and service vendors. Respond to service calls and complete maintenance requests in a timely manner. Utilize company CMMS systems for work order tracking and documentation. Support site remodels, equipment upgrades, and new location openings. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and applicable regulatory requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience with fueling equipment, petroleum systems, POS systems, and retail technology preferred. Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience strongly preferred. Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls effectively. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, kneel, and work inside dispenser cabinets and equipment rooms. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
