Job Description:

Job Description The Engineering Assistant 4 at BAE Systems, Inc is responsible for providing technical support for engineering personnel in a research or design/development environment. The role involves planning and conducting projects of limited scope or portions of larger projects, selecting and adapting plans, techniques, designs, and layouts, and constructing, modifying, and assisting in the design and development of complex electronic circuits. The position requires troubleshooting and testing highly complex assemblies and systems, utilizing electro-mechanical, electronic, and inspection instruments, and implementing design data to comply with engineering objectives. The role also involves directing and coordinating the work of less senior technicians as required and performing other duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

Required Education, Experience, & Skills Typically a High School Diploma and 3 years work experience or equivalent experience. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Military experience and/or higher education. Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range:

$66017 - $105628 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
