Job Description
Position Summary Delva Tool & Machine is seeking a CNC Facilities Technician for our Cinnaminson, NJ location. The CNC Facilities Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing CNC machinery equipment between our two facilities located a few miles apart. •This position works a schedule of Monday thru Friday from 6:30am-3:00pm• Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled service on CNC machinery, including lathes, mills, multi-axis machines, and associated support systems. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues specific to CNC equipment. Clean and maintain machine components, including removing and reinstalling parts as needed for service and repair. Diagnose and repair mechanical failures, worn parts, and control system issues to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance records and service logs for all CNC equipment. Work closely with production and engineering teams to identify machine performance issues and implement solutions. Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager to schedule downtime for service without disrupting operations. Ensure maintenance activities comply with ISO, OSHA, and GMP standards. Experience, Qualifications, and Skills High school diploma or equivalent required. 3+ years of CNC maintenance experience required. Extensive knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, OSHA, DOT, and other safety regulations and rules. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as electrical and mechanical schematics, part manuals, and troubleshooting guides. Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed. Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building, and equipment systems. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
