Shift:
1st Shift Job Summary Perform calibration, testing, maintenance, and repair of measurement and test equipment Ensure instruments meet quality, accuracy, and compliance standards Support manufacturing, operations, and quality teams through metrology and calibration activities Key Responsibilities Calibrate electronic, mechanical, optical, pneumatic, and pressure measurement equipment Perform testing, adjustment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instruments Set up calibration procedures using specifications, drawings, and blueprints Inspect, repair, clean, and replace defective components Maintain calibration records and technical documentation Analyze test results and prepare reports Support quality and compliance requirements Troubleshoot equipment and measurement issues Assist with process improvements and equipment optimization Provide guidance to junior technicians as needed Required Skills Calibration and metrology experience Experience with test and measurement equipment Ability to read schematics, drawings, and technical documentation Troubleshooting and repair skills Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Technical reporting and data analysis experience Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred Skills Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience Experience with calibration management systems Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) Mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance experience Quality systems and compliance experience Work Environment Medical device manufacturing environment Laboratory, production, and equipment support setting Hands-on technical role involving testing and calibration equipment Combination of troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation work Education / Experience Technical degree, certification, or vocational training preferred Minimum 2+ years of calibration, metrology, or instrumentation experience Experience with electronic, mechanical, or precision measurement systems preferred Manufacturing or quality environment experience is a plus IND_
NIT Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
