Marine Electronics Installation Technician (Outboard Technician)

• We are looking to expand our staff with an immediate opening for a Marine Electronics Installer. We specialize in the installation and service of GPS/Chartplotter, Radar, Sonar, Communication, Safety and Entertainment Systems. We also install trolling motors, outriggers, rod holders, etc.
• If you are an Outboard Tech, with experience, that is tired of turning wrenches and you like to do electrical/electronics work, you are highly encouraged to apply. We are looking to train the right candidate.
• Prior Military highly encouraged to apply.

Daily responsibilities : Installation and Service of Electronics Systems from leading brands Furuno, Garmin, Raymarine, Simrad, among others. RF and Electrical Cabling, DC Distribution, Integration etc.

Installation of Antennas and Other Sensors Installation of Transducers Qualifications:

Must have a basic set of tools and be proficient with them. Must have good working knowledge of DC/AC electrical theory. Need to be able to lift at least 40 pounds and work on ladders. Strong communication & problem solving skills are necessary. At least 3 Years relevant work experience in equivalent fields. Positive Attitude, Attention to Detail and Professionalism is a must.
