Fiber Technician

Job description Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fiber Technician (Entry-Level/Trainee). We have vacancies based in NJ, Lancaster, York, and Harrisburg, PA. While experience is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn the telecommunications trade. The Fiber Technician will learn to install, repair, and maintain fiber optic cables and related systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting connection issues, configuring cabling setups, and adhering to strict industry safety standards. You will work closely with senior technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery while developing a high-demand technical skill set.
