This role involves performing routine inspections, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and executing maintenance and repairs to keep gates operating smoothly. Join our team to contribute to a secure and well-maintained environment. Responsibilities You'll install, service, and maintain gate operators, access control devices, and vehicle barrier systems at secure commercial and government facilities Troubleshoot, service, and repair automated gates, operators, and active vehicle barriers Diagnose issues in low•and high-voltage control systems Conduct maintenance checks to meet UL325 and ASTM compliance Work independently or with a field team, maintaining a professional appearance Participate in on-call rotation for emergency support Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in gate systems, electrical, mechanical, or electronic maintenance Skilled in safe use of hand and power tools Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities Valid driver's license with clean DMV record Must pass background and DMV checks Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude High School diploma or GED required
