Job Description
High-End Collision Repair Shop/ Privately Owned / OEM Focused We are not a corporate consolidator, we are not driver by DRP pressure or insurance shortcuts. We are privately owned collision repair facility focused on repairing vehicles the right way following OEM procedures, utilizing the latest equipment, and delivering true quality repairs for our customers. Our shop repairs newer, high-end vehicles and maintains a strong, consistent backlog of quality work year-round. We are looking for an experienced A or strong B level Body Technician who takes pride in craftmanship, wants to continue learning, and believes repairs should be performed correctly-not just quickly. - Car-O-Liner 3D Measuring Systems
- GYS Welders
- Festool Dustless Vacuum Systems
- OEM repair information systems
- Modern aluminum and steel repair equipment
- Advanced repair planning and blueprinting processes
- Continued investment in new tooling and technology Responsibilities
- Perform structural and non-structural repairs to OEM standards
- Complete repairs following OEM repair procedures
- Maintain repair quality and efficiency
- Work closely with repair planners and production staff
- Take pride in safe, complete, and accurate repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work eviroment What We Are Looking For
- A or strong B Level Collision Repair Technician
- Strong metal refinish and panel replacement skills
- Ability to weld and measure properly
- Experience with late model vehicle repairs
- Positive attitude and team mentality
