Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Computer/Electronic Technician and become a vital part of ensuring the seamless operation, repair, and maintenance of cutting-edge electronic devices and computer systems. In this energetic role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and support a wide range of hardware and software components across various platforms including Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. Your expertise will help keep our technology running smoothly, enabling users to stay connected and productive. Duties Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues in computers, mobile devices, and electronic equipment across multiple operating systems such as Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. Perform repairs on computer hardware components including motherboards, processors, memory modules, and peripherals using hand tools and soldering techniques. Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems to optimize device performance. Conduct field service visits to client sites for on-site repairs, diagnostics, and technical support for retail or enterprise environments. Interpret schematics and technical diagrams to identify faults and implement effective repair solutions. Support the setup and calibration of electronic equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Assist in training end-users or retail staff on device operation, troubleshooting procedures, and basic maintenance techniques. Skills Proficiency with multiple operating systems including Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. Strong analysis skills to identify root causes of hardware or software issues quickly. Skilled in soldering techniques for delicate electronic repairs. Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and troubleshooting guides for electronic devices. Experience with using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment. Ability to perform equipment repair with precision while adhering to safety protocols. Excellent technical support skills for assisting users remotely or in person during field service calls. Knowledge of mobile devices' components and repair procedures for smartphones or tablets. Pay:
$16.00 - $27.44 per hour
