Electronics Technician

We are hiring an Electronic Technician 2 to support the Manufacturing Test team at Northrop Grumman. In this role, you will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and assembling electronic components used in advanced Electronic Warfare simulation systems. Key Responsibilities Perform routine technical tasks related to testing, troubleshooting, and fault isolation of electronic systems Assemble and modify electro-mechanical components Work with analog, digital, and RF circuits Interpret schematics, diagrams, layouts, and test procedures Conduct operational and environmental testing Collect and document test data Diagnose issues down to component level Use test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and DVM/VOM Required Qualifications 4+ years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree in Electronics + 2 years experience OR Military electronics training + 2 years experience Hands-on experience with RF and digital equipment testing and troubleshooting Experience using electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, analyzers, etc.) Strong manual dexterity for handling small components Preferred Qualifications Experience with soldering and electronic assembly Experience with microelectronics and microscope-based work Ability to read drawings, wire lists, and test procedures Familiarity with defense electronics or Electronic Warfare systems Strong communication and teamwork skills
