Maintenance Specialist

About the Role We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance of machinery. Your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems will be crucial to minimizing downtime and maximizing production efficiency. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on presses, conveyors, grinders, ovens, pumps, and motors. Conduct routine preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. Collaborate with production teams to address equipment-related concerns and implement improvements. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment by identifying and addressing potential hazards. Qualifications Required Skills Experience in manufacturing maintenance. Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting. Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting. Preferred Skills Experience with stamping presses. Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). Experience with conveyor systems and servo motors.
