Impact:
Support pharmacy operations and help healthcare teams focus on what matters most—patient care. What You'll Do Operate Omnicell automation systems at customer sites following SOPs and best practices. Manage inventory levels and perform restocking duties. Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of XR2 equipment. Communicate effectively with pharmacy teams to ensure smooth operations. Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a liaison between Omnicell and the customer.
What We're Looking For Required:
High school diploma or GED. an Active Ohio State Board of Pharmacy Technician License/Registration. An Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA CPht / ExCPT). Working knowledge of pharmacy automation. COV19 Vaccination (strongly preferred)
Preferred:
Accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program completion. 2+ years of hospital pharmacy automation experience. Basic troubleshooting skills with automation devices. Work Conditions The PRN is an On Call position to support / serve as back up for Call Ins/Sick Calls, Vacations, LOAs, etc. for our Lima / Toledo OH site(s). Must be able to commute to work at this site: 1101 Nott Street, Schenectady, NY 12308
Day Shift:
M - F, 6
30 am to 2:00 pm (may subject to change) Possess flexible availabilities (i.e., PRN match well if you are able to support shift listed when On Call, or, currently retired CPhT, working 7 on 7 off, PRN status, Part-Timer, etc.) Hospital Pharmacy Environment Ability to travel for training. Pharmacy environment; 8-10-hour shifts. Flexible hours based on business needs. Standing for extended periods; lifting up to 35 lbs. Potential exposure to hazardous drugs. Ready to Join Us? Base Compensation:
Hourly Range from $23/hour and up.
