CNC Maintenance Technician - 2nd
Shift Location:
Syracuse, NY Schedule:
2nd Shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM)
Pay:
$40.51/hr + $1.50/hr Shift Premium + Benefits Relocation Assistance Available Job Summary Seeking an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and rebuild industrial manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC machinery, PLC systems, hydraulics, industrial controls, and preventive maintenance programs. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines and manufacturing equipment. Diagnose electrical and mechanical failures and perform corrective repairs. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and industrial motor controls. Repair and replace electrical and mechanical components. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities. Test and adjust equipment to ensure proper operation. Support production operations by minimizing equipment downtime. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 3 years of CNC maintenance and repair experience. Experience troubleshooting PLCs and industrial motor controls. Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints. Experience with hydraulics and industrial equipment. Understanding of PLC ladder logic, M-Code, and G-Code programming. Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. #
PHHC Pay:
$40.00 - $40.51 per hour
