Job Summary :

As a Game Technician , you'll help ensure every guest has a great experience by keeping our games and attractions operating properly.

Responsibilities include:

Troubleshoot and repair arcade games, simulators, and bowling equipment Respond to game floor service calls Perform preventative maintenance on arcade machines Perform preventative maintenance on arcade machines Maintain appearance and functionality of machines during operating hours Stock and maintain prize redemption and instant win games Complete weekly maintenance and cleaning checklists Assist with technician projects assigned by the Technical Manager Keep the workshop organized and safe Identify potential equipment issues and report them proactively What We're Looking For We're seeking candidates who are mechanically inclined and enjoy repairing equipment.

Ideal experience includes:

Arcade games or amusement equipment Electronics repair or troubleshooting Coin-operated machines or pinball repair Electrical components or wiring Maintenance technician roles

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to follow technical instructions Comfortable using basic computer programs (Microsoft Office) Ability to work independently and stay organized Entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
