Maintenance Techs $32 Per Hour

Job Description:

We are looking for Maintenance Technicians for our client. They are a leading fabrication facility dedicated to delivering high-quality metal solutions. We are looking for a skilled Technicians who takes pride in their craft and ensures our operations run smoothly and safely.

Shift:

6:00am- 3:00pm Monday- Friday (Weekends as Needed)

Pay:

$32 hourly/ based on experience

Responsibilities:

Preventive Maintenance:

Perform routine inspections and servicing of fabrication equipment (press brakes, lasers, welders, and CNC machines) to minimize downtime.

Troubleshooting & Repair:

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Facility Upkeep:

Maintain general building systems, including HVAC, lighting, and plumbing as needed.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure all machinery meets OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.

Documentation:

Keep accurate logs of repairs, parts inventory, and maintenance schedules using our internal tracking system.

Qualifications:

Basic welding and machining skills for part fabrication/repair. Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder repair. 220/480v Electrical Experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
