This position combines equipment repair, diagnostics, preventative maintenance, delivery, assembly, and customer support for mobility and medical equipment. Technicians work directly in customers' homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare environments. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair mobility and medical equipment Deliver and assemble equipment in homes and facilities Perform preventative maintenance inspections and service visits Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, battery, and control system issues Replace components such as actuators, motors, batteries, joysticks, and hand controls Conduct white-glove deliveries and customer setup appointments Educate customers on proper equipment operation and safety Complete service documentation and work orders electronically Manage service parts, tools, and inventory assigned to your territory Represent TechFlex professionally during all customer interactions Equipment You'll Work On Power Wheelchairs Mobility Scooters Lift Chairs Hospital Beds Patient Lifts Stair Lifts Rehabilitation Equipment Other Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Ideal Candidate Enjoys hands-on mechanical work Can work independently with minimal supervision Has strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Is comfortable traveling throughout an assigned territory Takes pride in providing outstanding customer service Has experience with medical equipment, automotive repair, appliances, electronics, furniture repair, or related technical fields At TechFlex Mobility Solutions, our technicians play a critical role in helping individuals maintain their mobility, independence, and quality of life through professional service, repair, delivery, and installation of essential equipment.
