Here's what it takes to succeed with us. Requirements. Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Technology (preferred) 3-5+ years of automation or robotics experience Hands-on experience with PLC programming and robotic systems (Fanuc, Yaskawa) Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and electrical schematics Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills Experience with pneumatics, EOAT design, and mechanical repair preferred Ability to stand, lift (up to 75 lbs), and perform physical tasks throughout shift Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or off-shift schedules as needed Must follow PPE and safety standards in a manufacturing setting Job Duties Install, program, troubleshoot, and maintain robotic systems, PLCs, controllers, EOAT tooling, and vision/camera systems Support new automation projects, including system setup, testing, documentation, and production handoff Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues; perform repairs and preventive maintenance Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve system performance, efficiency, and reliability Develop and revise automation programs and work instructions Read and interpret electrical schematics and build control systems Use test equipment (multimeters, etc.) to validate system performance Maintain fixtures, tooling, and secondary automation equipment (e.g., poke-yokes) Ensure safety compliance and document all testing and procedures Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
