$28•$34 / Hour + Overtime Founded in the early 2000s, our company has grown to about 250 employees nationwide, with roughly 80 team members at our Montpelier, OH facility. We support high volume industrial coating and automated finishing operations for automotive, heavy equipment, agricultural, and general manufacturing customers. The Montpelier site focuses on automated paint systems, robotics, material handling, and production support. In this Maintenance Technician II role, you will keep equipment running safely and reliably so production stays on schedule. What You Will Be Doing Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems
Troubleshoot equipment issues using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools to find root causes and fix problems
Maintain, repair, and rebuild hydraulic systems, pumps, and related components
Support automation troubleshooting and repair, including FANUC and
WITTMANN
robots and PLC based systems
Use CMMS software to complete work orders, track maintenance tasks, and manage spare parts What You Need for This Position 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pump rebuilds, and mechanical systems
Hands on experience with automation troubleshooting, including FANUC and
WITTMANN
robotics
Ability to read schematics and technical manuals and use tools like ammeters and ohmmeters
