Test Technician -
PSP Development & Manufacturing Pay Rate:
$35.74 - $43.14/hour
Location:
Raymond, OH We are seeking an experienced Test Technician for a contract opportunity supporting PSP Development & Manufacturing . This role is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on experience in lab testing, equipment troubleshooting, and prototype fabrication .
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and support standardized testing procedures with accuracy and safety Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot testing equipment to component level Use lab scheduling and data management systems for test tracking and reporting Fabricate or modify components to meet engineering design specifications Break testing into defined tasks and help coordinate work across technicians Provide guidance and training to junior technicians as needed
Qualifications:
6+ years of related technical experience OR Associate degree in a related field with 4+ years of experience Strong mechanical aptitude and experience in lab environments, testing, or manufacturing support
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching Comfortable operating equipment and working in a lab setting
