Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or Skilled Trades
8+ years working on electrical/mechanical industrial equipment
Proficient with PLC's and 480V 3 phase systems
Must understand hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems
Ability to install, repair or diagnose faulty machinery and initiate corrective action
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, meters, and service tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics Maintain equipment ensuring compliance and regulatory standards
Work collaboratively with multiple departments, provide support and teach others
Perform welding and fabrication (MIG and TIG)
Familiar with CMMS for documentation
Understand lean principles, 5S and ISO standards
