You will utilize your technical expertise in electrical and mechanical systems to refurbish, test, and certify high-end equipment, directly impacting the quality of the end-user experience. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and repairs on complex beverage machinery to ensure factory-grade performance. Execute precise disassembly, deep cleaning, and reassembly of components while adhering to strict quality assurance protocols. Maintain rigorous documentation of all service activities, parts usage, and inventory levels to support operational efficiency. Conduct final safety and performance testing to verify that all refurbished units meet industry regulatory standards. Manage workspace organization and inventory par levels to facilitate seamless equipment turnaround. Utilize material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, to assist in the logistics and shipping of sensitive hardware. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in the refurbishment or repair of coffee brewers or similar precision equipment. Demonstrated proficiency in reading technical schematics, manuals, and electrical diagnostic tools like voltmeters and ohmmeters. Strong mechanical aptitude with foundational knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems. Physical capability to perform heavy lifting up to 100 lbs and maintain prolonged standing during service tasks. Preferred Skills Technical knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, bean-to-cup systems, or cold brew technology. Prior experience in food and beverage manufacturing or field service environments. Advanced troubleshooting skills related to pneumatics, boilers, or HVAC systems. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on independent and collaborative work environments.
