On the bench, you'll clean, repair, test, and package machines—documenting every step to uphold quality assurance and inventory accuracy. What you'll tackle Break down equipment; inspect each part for condition, wear, and damage. Clean components using the correct materials and methods. Repair to factory specifications; replace parts as needed. Reassemble units and perform rigorous functional tests. Conduct diagnostics to validate performance and safety standards. Confirm all refurbished equipment meets company benchmarks and industry regulations. Capture precise records of inspections, repairs, tests, and parts consumed. Maintain parts inventory at defined par levels; keep tooling ready. Package and label finished equipment for shipment. Keep your area clean and organized; follow all safety practices. Assist with tracking and shipping parts and equipment. Support inventory counts; operate a forklift/pallet jack when required. Pitch in with other duties as assigned. Every task is documented and completed to meet QA standards and ensure accurate inventory control. What you bring High school diploma or equivalent. Hands-on basic electrical and plumbing experience. 2+ years refurbishing or repairing coffee brewers or comparable equipment. Bonus exposure to espresso machines, grinders, bean-to-cup, French press, and cold brew (preferred, not required). Mechanical aptitude with practical knowledge of electrical systems. Keen troubleshooting ability and attention to detail. Comfort reading manuals and schematics; strong communication; team or solo workstyle. Physical & tool readiness Read and use meters (volt, amp, ohm, etc.). Lift up to 100 lbs and stand for extended periods.
