This role goes beyond simply repairing machines—it's about ensuring automated production equipment operates safely, efficiently, and consistently to support quality products and uninterrupted operations. This is a hands-on technical position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where problem-solving, preventative maintenance, and attention to detail are essential. You'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving electro-mechanical equipment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and production goals. Just as important, we're looking for someone who can work independently, communicate effectively, and approach challenges with a practical, solutions-focused mindset. What You'll Do Maintain and troubleshoot electro-mechanical equipment, robots, sensors, and automated production systems Inspect and analyze defective components to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions Perform preventative maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime Troubleshoot pneumatic systems, electrical machinery, and related production equipment Respond to equipment issues and maintenance requests to support manufacturing operations and production schedules Perform assigned repairs and document maintenance activities, including spare parts usage and equipment history Maintain detailed logs of equipment issues, corrective actions, and resolutions for future reference and analysis Support process improvement projects and team initiatives that enhance equipment performance and operational efficiency Utilize diagnostic and test equipment to evaluate system performance and identify maintenance needs Communicate equipment concerns and maintenance recommendations to team members and leadership for follow-up actions Why Join Us? What We're Looking For High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Associate degree in Electromechanics preferred 2-4 years of experience maintaining automated manufacturing equipment or similar electro-mechanical systems Experience troubleshooting automated machinery, sensors, and production equipment Working knowledge of pneumatics, electrical systems, and mechanical troubleshooting techniques Experience using diagnostic and testing equipment to perform maintenance and repairs Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to make sound decisions Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email applications Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment What Sets You Apart You enjoy troubleshooting complex equipment issues and finding lasting solutions You take ownership of equipment performance and follow through until problems are resolved You understand the value of preventative maintenance and proactive equipment care You're detail-oriented and maintain accurate records and documentation You're adaptable and can effectively prioritize competing maintenance needs in a manufacturing environment You contribute positively to team goals while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
