• Work with operations, maintenance, and process control engineers to troubleshoot for root cause, address problems identified and implement sustainable solutions.\n \n\n
• Assisting in the development and implementation of reliability centered maintenance strategies for process control equipment.\n \n\n
• Collaborate with electricians to ensure that existing drawings are up to date in field locations and our records.\n \n\n
• Provide one-on-one support for electricians with troubleshooting strategies, knowledge sharing, and training.\n \n\n
• Assist with after-hours and weekend mill coverage\n \n\n
• Willing and able to train others as needed\n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\n \n\n
• Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting PLCs (preferably Allen-Bradley or Modicon)\n \n\n
• Experience in Process instrumentation\n \n\n
• Experience reading electrical drawings, schematics, and equipment layouts\n \n\n
• Hands-on E&I experience\n \n\n
• Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\n \n\n
• Experience programming Allen-Bradley or Modicon PLCs\n \n\n
• Experience programming Honeywell DCS or MOD300 DCS\n \n\n
• At least 6 months working within a process control group\n \n\n
• Experience troubleshooting Honeywell Experion DCS or MOD300\n \n\n
• Hardware maintenance and troubleshooting Allen-Bradley, ABB\n \n\n
• 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment\n \n\n
• Experience developing and maintaining an asset strategy and reliability program for instrumentation\n\nFor this role, we anticipate paying $52
• $53 per hour.
