Job Description

TOPS Staffing has partnered with a well-established equipment service center that is looking to add a Repair Technician to their team. This is a full-time, hands-on position that will require you to perform intake of units coming into the division for repairs. Candidates should have a strong technical aptitude and the ability to follow standardized procedures. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and is looking for long-term career growth within the medical devices service and repair field. This job does not require any travel, repair work is all performed in house.

Daylight shift
  • Flexible start time pick between 6am up to 11am
  • 8 hour shift from start time, possibly can offer a 4 day x 10hr schedule as well.
  • Overtime is available in this position
Pay Rate:
Up to $23.00 +per hour based on experience level. Ability for advancement rather rapidly in this department with Sr. level technicians earning $30+hr.
What You'll Do:
Diagnose, repair, and test medical devices and instruments Replace faulty components and verify performance Perform functional tests using diagnostic tools and equipment Document all repairs following GMP and ISO guidelines Support quality and engineering teams with root cause analysis and process improvements
What You'll Bring:
Associate degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Biomedical Tech, or related field 2-5 years of device repair or maintenance experience Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to read schematics and follow technical documentation Experience in a regulated environment preferred (FDA/ISO)
