Electronics Technician (Contract‑to‑Hire) We are supporting a confidential client seeking an experienced Electronics Technician for a contract‑to‑hire opportunity. This role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, component‑level repair, and technical support within a quality‑driven environment. Key Responsibilities Test, diagnose, and repair electronic assemblies at the component level Troubleshoot complex technical issues using schematics and test equipment Interpret detailed electronic schematics and documentation Support and train other technicians on repair processes Adhere to quality, ESD, and safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent technical certification 2+ years of hands‑on electronics technician experience Strong understanding of electronic circuitry, components, and theory Proficiency with diagnostic test equipment Skilled in soldering and de‑soldering techniques Experience handling hard drive devices and following ESD protocols Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Must be able to pass a technical aptitude assessment (if required) Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coatesville, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
