Job Description

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Serve as the on-site supervisor for Robotics Specialists during the shift Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot collaborative robots on the warehouse floor Act as first escalation point for robot errors, pathing issues, or workflow blockers Use tablets and joystick-style controllers to guide and adjust robot behavior Support robot staging, calibration, resets between tasks Coach and support team members on best practices and safe operation Communicate issues, trends, and improvements to the Technical Project Manager Walk the floor alongside robots for the majority of the shift (~85-90%) Ensure adherence to safety standards and on-site requirement
Must Have:
Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in robotics, automation, IT support, hardware, mechanical, or mechatronics environments Prior management experience (senior, mentor, or floor supervisor capacity) Comfortable guiding others and making real-time operational decisions Strong comfort with tablets, control interfaces, and hardware tools Ability to walk/stand for most of the shift Self-starter who can operate independently with minimal oversight Willingness to purchase/own steel or composite-toe boots
NiceToHave:
Direct experience with robotics or automation teams Background in mechatronics, robotics programs, or technical trade schooling Experience supporting live production or warehouse automation environments Experience using controllers, gaming consoles, or joystick-based interfaces
Pay Rate:
