Roofing Repair Specialist

Skilled Repair Specialist GoodHands Roofing | Central Pennsylvania GoodHands Roofing is seeking a Skilled Repair Specialist with a strong background in residential roofing, siding, and gutter repairs. This role focuses on complex repair work , not production replacement crews. The ideal candidate is an experienced tradesperson who excels at diagnosing issues, performing detailed repairs, and delivering long-term solutions for homeowners. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair roof, siding, and gutter issues, including active and hidden leaks Perform detailed repair work such as chimney flashing, penetrations, transitions, and custom solutions Accurately identify root causes—not just symptoms—of building envelope failures Execute repairs to a high standard of quality, safety, and professionalism Communicate clearly with team members and leadership regarding repair scope and findings May include job followups and project management responsibilities. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in roofing, siding, and/or gutter repair work Proven leak detection and troubleshooting ability Strong hands-on skills and attention to detail Self-motivated problem solver who takes ownership of their work Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment Compensation & Benefits $28-$35 per hour , based on experience and skill level Profit sharing program 1 week of paid time off.
