We are seeking a Maintenance Specialist to perform a wide range of duties including plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, and groundskeeping. You will work a steady weekday schedule, mostly indoors.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, mechanical HVAC, and plumbing systems Production machine installation, repair and maintenance Assist with facility renovations and upgrades

Requirements:

Vo Tech or technical school certification in general maintenance, apprenticeship or shop classes Valid Driver's License required Industrial and/or commercial maintenance background

EPA 608 HVAC

certification preferred Electrical background that includes diagnosing, troubleshooting, and installing electrical systems Knowledge of single and three phase systems Ability to service HVAC equipment Ability to read schematics Ability to perform all work following safe work practices and procedures We offer competitive wages and an excellent benefits package.
