Automation Technician

Now Hiring Automation Technician's ASAP!! Can get started asap! Job Description We have three exciting openings for the position of Automation Technician. This role operates on a 2-2-3 schedule with shifts from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. Please note that initially, there will be a training session during daylight hours from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. This training could last up to six months until you are proficient in all areas. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, including molding machines, high volume, high speed automated assembly equipment, welders, conveyor systems, and auxiliary equipment such as case sealers, printers, labelers, and flow wrappers. Verify the effectiveness of repairs and improvements to ensure the product meets specifications. Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, gathering information from line operators and production associates, and listening for issues. Essential Skills Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and automation systems. Ability to verify effectiveness of repairs and ensure product specifications. Minimum of one year of experience as a maintenance mechanic or in a similar role within a production environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Degree in Automation, technical degree, certification, or apprenticeship in a related field is preferred. Maintenance experience in a medical device manufacturing environment is preferred. Why Work Here?
