Role:

The Electrical Engineering Technician plays a key role in supporting electrical service installations, with the majority of work performed in an office setting (75%) and occasional time spent in the field (25%). This position focuses on electrical drawings, system setup, downloads, and testing, while also assisting with installations and troubleshooting on job sites as needed. This position supports our commitment to safety, accountability, and teamwork by maintaining high standards in both technical and field work. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and brings a solution-oriented mindset while contributing positively to a respectful, professional team environment. What You'll Do Create and update electrical drawings and basic schematics Download, configure, and update equipment or related software Perform system testing and assist with quality checks prior to deployment Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records Assist with installation, startup, and commissioning of electrical systems Troubleshoot electrical components and support issue resolution Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics Support additional operational needs as assigned What We're Looking For Willingness to learn and grow Team-oriented attitude with a positive approach Strong organization and attention to detail Accountability for personal performance and team success Commitment to safety and company values Work Environment This role is primarily office-based (approximately 75%) with occasional field work (approximately 25%) at customer job sites.
