Hour DOE Senior Elevator Technician Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve complex service issues on elevators, focusing on controls, microprocessors, relay logic, and VFDs Handle advanced service calls where others encounter difficulties; not routine maintenance Perform smaller service repairs without engaging in large repair crew tasks Travel between customer sites within designated territory, adhering to safety standards Participate in the on-call rotation, responding to after-hours calls as necessary

Senior Elevator Technician Requirements:

10+ years of elevator service experience with strong troubleshooting capabilities Extensive experience with controls, microprocessors, relay logic, and serial communication Service-focused background, not limited to repair crew, modernization, or construction Eligibility for licensure in New Jersey and Delaware CET training or

NEIEP/NEEP

training is acceptable Willingness to be on-call approximately every 7 weeks 5-10 years of elevator service experience with a proven ability to excel is preferred Strong foundation in electronics and controls with a solid understanding of troubleshooting is preferred Proven problem-solving ability and a coachable mindset is preferred Experience in service/maintenance work specifically, rather than repair or construction, is preferred Prior experience in apartment building portfolios is preferred Multi-brand exposure and comfort with both modern boards and legacy relay systems is preferred Local to the Greater Philadelphia/West Chester region or willingness to relocate is preferred
