April 1, 2026 : Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team in West Chester, PA. This role involves using soldering equipment to repair, modify, and change parts on electronic circuit boards and STB units. West Chester is a vibrant community known for its rich history and charming downtown area, offering a great place to live and work. Responsibilities Perform thru-hole and surface-mount soldering on electronic components. Conduct component-level soldering repairs with expertise in RF (radio frequency) technology. Test, troubleshoot, and repair printed circuit boards (PCBs) at the component level. Work on radio antennas and amplifier transmitters. Handle heavy electronic equipment, up to 50 lbs., with the assistance of a conveyor belt system. Use computer applications, including MS Office, for basic data entry and navigation. Communicate effectively in English, as training and team interactions will be conducted in English. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience in thru-hole and surface-mount soldering. Experience in component-level soldering repair and RF technology is required. Proficiency in testing, troubleshooting, and repairing PCBs at the component level. Must have experience repairing power supplies. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate computer applications. Safety-toe shoes are required due to the work environment involving heavy equipment.
