Job Description

Position Overview:
Infralogix is a reliability and asset management solutions company committed to helping organizations improve equipment performance, increase up-time, and reduce maintenance costs. We provide predictive maintenance (PdM), reliability engineering, asset management, and CMMS consulting services to clients across the industrial, utility, healthcare, manufacturing, and government sectors. This position performs and supports on-site predictive maintenance (PdM) inspections using tools such as ultrasonic testing and leak detection, vibration analysis, oil sampling, and infrared thermography. The role also provides CMMS consulting support in the field and contributes to the development of reliability programs for steam systems, compressed air and gas systems, valve inspections, vibration analysis, and oil analysis in industrial and commercial environments. Successful candidates will possess a strong ability to troubleshoot a wide range of component and system issues and apply strong problem-solving skills to deliver practical, effective solutions.
Compensation:
Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $85,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time position. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Conduct infrared thermography inspections of electrical and mechanical equipment Perform vibration analysis on rotating machinery Complete ultrasound inspections for bearings, compressed air systems, steam traps, and electrical equipment Collect oil samples and review oil analysis results Assess motor and equipment condition Analyze inspection data and interpret results Identify equipment defects and potential failure modes Evaluate equipment severity and risk levels Prepare technical reports that summarize findings and recommendations Present results to client maintenance and engineering teams
Qualification & Skill Requirements:
Associate degree in Industrial Technology, Maintenance Technology, or a related field, plus at least two years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment; or a minimum of five years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment without a degree At least two years of direct PdM experience; prior leadership or management experience is preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports and technical documentation using Microsoft 365 Familiarity with
CMMS/EAM
systems and maintenance workflow processes High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy Demonstrated problem-solving ability, including the use of root cause analysis Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including single-phase and three-phase power, motors, protective devices, and photo sensors Experience in maintenance planning, proficiency with predictive maintenance tools, and a willingness to adopt new technologies that enhance service delivery
Certifications:
Tradesman's Journeyman Electrical Certification required; Master Certification preferred Level I Infrared Thermography certification, or equivalent, preferred or required depending on assignment Working knowledge of additional condition monitoring technologies, including ultrasound, vibration analysis, and oil analysis, is preferred
