Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues ensuring timely and accurate repairs. Maintain detailed records of repairs, including parts used. This often includes loading firmware. Perform tests & quality checks on repaired products to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

AA or AS Degree. 2+ years in a professional Audio Visual or related industry. Working knowledge of digital and analog circuits. Knowledge of using oscilloscopes and other test equipment. Ability to read and understand schematics/drawings. Experience with component level troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Position Overview:

The Business Development Manager will proactively influence Corporate and Government end-user customers on the benefits of choosing our products and solutions. This is a strategic role that will greatly impact the future of our business, revenue and the products we create. You will concentrate on identifying needs, growth strategies and relationship development. This includes business strategy, product development, sales channels, growth and marketing. Responsibilities include but are not limted to: Maintain existing and develop new customer relationships within a specific region. Target new customer decision makers within an organization or agency. Pursing assigned project leads and follow through to secure business. Collaborate with Extron design engineers to ensure that customer requirements/needs are met. Identify and attend tradeshows and events within your region that are critical to Extron's success. Partner with Extron regional sales & technical colleagues to ensure channel partners and contractors lead with Extron solutions. Have a strong understanding of Extron position in the marketplace and how to sell against competition. Maintain and grow in-region manufacture partnerships that are complimentary to Extron's efforts.

Required Experience and Education:

5+ years' experience in relationship management, with a strong technical background, developing accounts and selling hardware and software system solutions & services. Knowledge of procurement policies, contract vehicles, information technology procurement requirements, and facilities management needs within a large organization. Understanding of government contracts vehicles and corporate customers' procurement cycles. Expertise in strategically positioning video distribution systems and control solutions. Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, highly organized, computer literate. Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment. Position Overview:

Extron is looking for a Finish Carpenter/Cabinet Maker to support our Facilities/Maintenance department at our Anaheim, CA location. Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Construct and assemble high-quality cabinetry, furniture, and custom woodwork for sets, experiential builds, and trade shows. Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to fabricate components accurately. Build cabinetry, fixtures, set flats, and other custom wood elements, leveraging your woodworking expertise. Prepare components for finishing, including sanding and prepping for the paint department, using techniques familiar to cabinet makers. Utilize tools such as table saws, routers, sanders, planers, and hand tools safely and efficiently, with an emphasis on precision woodworking. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance productivity and safety.

Minimum Qualifications:

7 to 10+ years of demonstrated construction and woodshop experience, including operation of tools and machinery for woodworking projects. Background in both residential and commercial construction, with an understanding of building practices and materials. Proficiency in cabinetmaking and finish carpentry techniques, including precision cutting, joining, sanding, and finishing. Ability to work with wood, plywood, MDF, laminates, and veneers. Ability to lift moderate weights as required for handling materials and equipment. Experience with AutoCAD design, able to create and interpret technical drawings. Skilled in designing and building furniture, from concept to finished product. Expertise in furniture and cabinetry, including installation and finishing. Assists with tradeshow display setup, including transport and assembly of materials. Ability to support various tasks related to woodshop and construction environments. Position Overview:

Responsibilities include monitoring of the supply and demand signals and actions for the company. Experience working with Avante ERP to plan materials through entire lifecycle, and release work orders daily as needed. Expertise in planning environment with experience in MRP and master Scheduling software. Proven track record maintaining forecasted material levels, providing status updates, and reporting changes when needed. Experience with troubleshooting material shortages. APICS Certification a plus. Strong, professional communication skills (written and verbal). Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate.
