Your expertise in winding analysis, thermography, vibration monitoring, and electrical systems will drive proactive maintenance strategies, reduce downtime, and optimize equipment performance. This job includes working in the shop in Warren on electric motors when not outside Performing service on customers equipment, we will train as needed. Duties Perform comprehensive condition monitoring assessments on electric motors, including winding inspections, thermographic imaging, and vibration analysis to detect early signs of wear or failure. Utilize diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters, surface mount technology (SMT) equipment, and hand tools to troubleshoot electrical wiring and mechanical conditions. Requirements Proven experience in electrical or mechanical knowledge related to electric motors. Familiarity with electrical wiring schematics, schematics interpretation, and electrical systems troubleshooting. Hand tools, and equipment repair techniques. Knowledge of project scheduling principles and ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently. Experience with thermography (infrared imaging), vibration analysis tools, and root cause analysis methodologies. Ability to interpret technical documents including schematics and manufacturing drawings; familiarity with NEC standards is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills for documenting findings clearly and collaborating effectively across teams.
