The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems , with experience in repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment, including pneumatic tools. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong diagnostic abilities, and the capability to perform both in-house and field service support as needed. The candidate must be able to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Essential Functions Statement(s) Observes mechanical and electrical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble. Performs troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on pneumatic tools and related equipment. Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts. Examines form and texture of parts to detect imperfections. Repairs or replaces defective components, ensuring proper functionality and safety. Supports field service activities , including product demonstrations and on-site troubleshooting when required. Picks, packs, and ships customer part and/or label orders. Picks, packs, and ships large Distribution Center orders. Invoices daily shipments to customers. Serves as back-up to in-house programs as needed. Performs cycle counts on all DC assigned program inventory. Assists with phone support, including basic troubleshooting and service inquiries. Performs order entry in an SAP environment. Maintains product files for service database accuracy. Coordinates product testing and analyzes failures to support continuous improvement. Orders and maintains shop supplies. Supports Parts and Warranty programs. Maintains accurate product and service records.

Consistently at work and on time; ensures responsibilities are covered when absent; arrives at meetings and appointments on time.

Work Location:

This role requires work to be performed on-site; remote work is not practical due to the hands-on repair, maintenance, and field service nature of the position.
