• Troubleshoot complex problems and perform necessary repairs associated with instrumentation and electrical.
• Electrical & Instrumentation (including but not limited to those outlined below): o Troubleshooting electronic circuits and control loops o Maintain and install electrical equipment
• Preventative maintenance of level instruments, programming of, Moore 353s, Allen Bradley PLCs, etc.
• Maintain Water Units - Deionized, Softeners, some laboratory equipment
• Maintenance of Lab test equipment What you'll need to be successful…
• Preventative Maintenance Program knowledge.
• PLC Programming Control Skills
• Ability to run conduit
• SAP experience
• UPS knowledge required
• An ability to demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, increase uptime, and reduce process waste Qualifications that can set you apart …
• Siemens DCS knowledge a plus but not required.
• Electrician Apprenticeship preferred.
• Associates degree
