What You Will Be Doing:
Install, maintain and repair electro-mechanical, electrical, and electronic components on a variety of manufacturing equipment and conveying systems
Job Description:
Install and debug mechanical installation of conveying system apparatus (Pneumatic, hydraulic systems) PLC troubleshooting and debugging required Install, repair and replace defective parts in conveyors, generators, motors, controllers, switchboards, switches, conductors and other electrical devices Wiring motor power controls equipment circuits, reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams and schematics Testing wire connections with test equipment using multi-meters and oscilloscope Assemble junction boxes, back plates and harnesses per print
Qualifications:
Experience in the debug of input/outputs of electrical system Knowledge of mechanical drawings and practices, electrical diagrams, schematics and practices, pneumatics and general assembly procedures is beneficial A minimum of basic hand tools required A Positive attitude with technical aptitude or background is required 3rd shift
Education:
Associate Technical Degree or experience in an automation/manufacturing environment is preferred
