$120,000 - $150,000 total compensation (salary + performance-based bonuses) What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and develop a team of controls engineers, programmers, and technicians Oversee execution of building automation projects, ensuring quality and efficiency Support revenue growth by contributing to key opportunities and customer relationships Monitor project performance, including timelines, budgets, and overall delivery Provide technical guidance on complex BAS and controls-related challenges Maintain visibility into pipeline activity, forecasting, and operational metrics Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and industry regulations Collaborate with operations and engineering teams for seamless project execution Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders What We're Looking For:
7+ years of experience in building automation, controls, or related systems Strong knowledge of BAS, DDC
systems, and system integration Experience leading or mentoring teams in a technical environment Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical plans Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Construction, or related field Experience with controls programming (Ladder Logic, Structured Text, etc.) Familiarity with modern building automation technologies Benefits Package:
