Replace missing hardware Record work performed accurately and in detail. Certifies the work performed by contractors is property completed prior to payment being issued. Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe working environment. General cleaning of make ready units
Company Responsibilities:

Flexible with the work schedule, including availability to work weekends, evenings, and/or holidays. Education and Experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills providing for effective communication with residents, prospects, employees, peers, vendors, owners, etc. Computer software experience to include MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and OneSite Basic understanding of Federal, State and local Fair Housing laws.

Job Type:

Constant sitting, walking, climbing and reaching Regular lifting and carrying of up to 80 pounds and, with assistance, up to 200 pounds
