  • Full-time Wireless Repair Technician needed in Mount Juliet, TN.
The Wireless Repair Technician will perform technical evaluation of new and existing devices, develop process, tests, and documentation required to support all production repair functions. PC hardware & software maintenance and troubleshooting skills are essential.
Available Shift Shift:
Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm Wireless Repair Technician Areas of concentration will include Mobile Device Technologies, RF, Flash, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth. LCD Touchscreen, Battery technologies, component level debug, automated testing, test equipment support, troubleshooting, failure analysis. This will include collecting, documenting, and presenting data based around designed experiments. Report and document process issues and equipment malfunctions.
Required Skills:
High School diploma or GED Requires a Tech I Certification At least 1 year of high-volume manufacturing experience in consumer electronics industry. Strong attention to detail. Ability to troubleshoot failures and identify root cause. Provide feedback and report to operation supervisors. Experience with remanufacturing of electronic mobile devices. RF Test Equipment, National Instruments experience. Proficient in reading and understanding technical documents. Strong Microsoft Office computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook). Ability to work from schematic, layouts, and diagrams as related to specific devices. Minimum of 1 year of high-volume manufacturing experience in the consumer electronics industry Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Adaptability to sudden changes in daily priorities A positive, professional, and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic Team-oriented mindset Innovative and creative thinking with a willingness to challenge existing processes Troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills, with the ability to report findings to operations supervisors Experience in remanufacturing electronic mobile devices Familiarity with RF Test Equipment and National Instruments Proficiency in reading technical documents and schematics Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) Ability to train and lead associates
