Travel within a 10-hour driving radius, learn to calibrate and repair lab instruments, and grow skills fast. What you'll do Calibrate, maintain, and repair balances, pH/flow/turbidity meters, spectrophotometers, incubators Log as-found/as-left data, parts, photos, and signatures in FieldAware; sync with NetSuite Troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, restock parts/tools, handle simple return processes Communicate clearly with customers and follow safety procedures Travel, submit weekly expenses, and care for company tools/vehicle Must-have High school diploma or GED; age 18+; authorized to work in the U.S. Live within 50 miles of 501 Metroplex Dr, Nashville, TN Valid driver's license and clean record Able to lift/move 50 lb and occasionally work on ladders or in limited confined spaces Basic mechanical/electrical aptitude and accurate data entry (FieldAware/NetSuite training provided) Willing to pass background, drug, and motor vehicle record checks Comfortable traveling ~11 nights/month and working four 10-hour shifts Preferred Mechanical/instrumentation experience (environmental lab, military PMEL/TMDE, industrial maintenance, avionics, etc.) Familiarity with lab instruments listed above Pay & benefits $22-$24/hr (non-exempt, OT eligible) 100% employer-paid medical, LTD, life; dental/vision options Cell phone reimbursement, non-smoking bonus, gym bonus Company vehicle, hotels and meals covered on the road Tools, uniforms/PPE, laptop/tablet provided PTO starts day 1; up to 12 paid holidays (includes your birthday) 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts)
