Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol Operate CNC machines for lathe and mill work, ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks. Program and set up machines, with experience in Mazak machines being advantageous but not necessary. Utilize micrometers, calipers, and other precision instruments to inspect parts according to drawings and specifications. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and process plans effectively. Collaborate with the team to enhance manufacturing processes and optimize production setups. Operate hand tools and precision measuring instruments Inspect alarm systems such as carbon dioxide and fire protection and quickly schedule repairs when needed Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Technical School; Industrial Maintenance, CNC Machining (preferred) Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems Ability to troubleshoot CNC processes Understand Electrical and wiring components Demonstrated experience as a maintenance technician Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
