Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled General Mechanic to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in ATV maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs and diagnostics on a variety of all-terrain vehicles. This position requires a hands-on individual with a passion and deep understanding of mechanical systems Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on ATV's, including oil changes, tire rotation, brake checks and other preventative services Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in ATV's, including engines, transmissions, suspension systems and electrical components Conduct detailed inspections to identify potential problems and provide accurate repair estimates Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and guidelines Order parts and supplies as needed and ensure inventory is kept up-to-date Collaborate with the service team to ensure the timely completion of all repairs and service work Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining repair needs and recommendations to clients Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (some technical training or certification is preferred) Poven experiance as an ATV mechanic or in a similar role (minimum of one year is preferred) Ability to read and interpret schematics for electrical systems. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in ATV's Proficiency in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing complex mechanical issues. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail A commitment to safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
