Founded as Allen's Plumbing in 1946, ATSM takes pride in fielding knowledgeable and qualified craftsman to help our customers maintain their high end commercial cooking equipment. Due to the ever increasing demand of our services we are seeking an experienced service technician. This experience should be combined with excellent customer service skills, a good driving record, and the ability to be dependable and work independently.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs scheduled and un-scheduled service and repairs on commercial cooking equipment. Works in various installation, repair, maintenance and service capacities individually, and as part of a crew. Diagnosis of malfunctioning equipment to determine cause and appropriate corrective action Reads schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals as applicable to new installations or assigned work orders. Installs, services, or replaces components including, but not limited to ranges, deep fryers, clam grills, steamer machines, proofing cabinets, convection ovens, conveyer ovens, and combination ovens, commercial dishwashers, etc.. Performs physical tasks related to installation and repair of commercial cooking equipment. Performs preventive maintenance tasks according to established protocols Completes required documentation (i.e. work orders, purchase orders, etc.) for services performed and turns into home office in a timely manner. Performs cleaning and maintenance of equipment, tools, materials, and vehicles utilized. Ensures adherence to principles and practices of safe equipment use and operation. Requirements Must have a High School Diploma or GED Must have valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check & Drug Test Three (3) years maintenance experience to include repairing commercial cooking or refrigeration equipment. Strong HVAC experience is a plus. Extra Consideration will be made to candidates that have any of the following: Applicants with experience in working on RATIONAL, TURBO-Chef, GARLAND, LINCOLN (MERRY CHEF), or FRYMASTER, cooking equipment. Experience in basic electrical troubleshooting and schematics. (i.e. ladder wiring diagram) Military Training electronics controls and/or facilities maintenance (Lvl 13 MOS) Experience or knowledge in basic HVAC principles and troubleshooting Commercial/Industrial electrical experience Compensation & Benefits Salary Range Dependent upon experience but highly competitive. (We will pay top money for technicians at the top of their field).
