We specialize in delivering high-speed internet and connectivity solutions to residential and commercial customers. We take pride in our quality work, safety standards, and commitment to excellent customer service. We are expanding and looking for motivated Install Technicians to join our team! Responsibilities Install, terminate, and test fiber optic cables in residential and commercial settings Perform drop installations from mainline to customer premises Set up and activate customer internet/TV/phone equipment Troubleshoot and resolve service issues on-site Maintain a clean, professional work environment Ensure all work meets company and safety standards Communicate effectively with customers and office staff regarding job status Qualifications Previous experience as a cable installer (willing to train the right candidate) Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Must be comfortable working outdoors and occasionally in tight spaces or at heights Valid driver's license Ability to pass background check and drug screening Nice to have: Fiber optic splicing experience Schedule Full-time Overtime as needed Weekend or evening availability may be required
