ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN
Monday

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues using meters, instruments, and specialized tools Repair and maintain motors, switches, wiring, and automated systems to ensure optimal equipment performance Install, upgrade, and rewire electrical panels and components as needed Support overall maintenance operations with mechanical, pneumatic, and basic welding tasks Assist with PLC programming and troubleshooting when required Follow all safety procedures and company standards while performing maintenance tasks Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency Perform additional duties as assigned to support plant operations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Vocational or technical school training in electronics, electrical systems, or a related field 9+ years of hands-on experience in electrical and electronic maintenance within an industrial setting Strong working knowledge of industrial equipment such as conveyors, compressors, silos, motors, and circuits Experience with high and low voltage systems, conduit installation, and safety procedures (LOTO, fall protection, etc.) Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PLC software, and related maintenance systems Ability to read and interpret schematics, manuals, SOPs, and work orders Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Effective communication skills and a strong commitment to workplace safety
