Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs control systems and equipment Calibrates machine controllers and automation equipment Monitors machine readings to ensure factors such as temperature and pressure remain within acceptable ranges Installs control systems, including HVAC and refrigeration control systems Reads blueprints and wiring schematics, and interprets drawings and specifications Maintains a workflow schedule to ensure productivity objectives are met Tests control systems and related equipment Attends required safety training, follows all safety standards, and ensures safety is paramount on all job sites Communicates orally and in written reports to crew leaders, supervisors, operations, and other craft personnel The majority of work requires out-of-town travel, leaving Monday and returning Friday Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Completes assigned tasks in a safe, accurate, thorough, and alert manner Upholds Company policies and procedures Works in a professional manner with managers, supervisors, coworkers, customers, and the public Other related job duties as assigned High energy, integrity, craftsmanship, and a positive attitude Strong technical knowledge to provide value to technicians and customers Consistently deliver a high level of customer service Maintain a professional appearance Pursues continuous education in the technical field Strong attention to detail and quality Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Proficient in reading schematics and work plans Ability to work independently with a high degree of dependability Focus on achieving desired results Basic computer skills for iPad, cell phone communication, and documentation Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed Willingness to travel to assigned client sites as needed Ability to coordinate, contribute to, and work within a cross-functional team Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision Ability to take initiative to complete assignments and responsibilities independently Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to accommodate ongoing travel requirements
